"This review not 2 months ago would have been a 1 star, or potentially even 0 stars if possible. We are not a large scale company, and were advised a 6 week timeline. With our first assistant (who is no longer with company) the first week took a month, and week 2 took 2 months, with our own work being done. We were incredibly frustrated and our HubSpot was somehow messier than before with not much resolution in site. Then Alejandra and Luis stepped in. Wow what a turnaround! From the first meeting where we were very skeptical, they set clear expectations with us, rolled up their sleeves and dove right into fixing the mess that had been made. Not only were they able to correct the errors of the previous representative, but as of today Alejandra has us up and running, and fully onboarded right on time with the original timeline presented. She has dragged this review kicking and screaming up to 5 stars, because that is the quality of work that she brought to the table. Really excited about our future HubSpot use!"
