Client’s Challenge
The client needs the user with the most recent activity to be assigned to a specific contact owner.
Unfortunately, there’s no ‘easy’ way to do this in HubSpot, so we needed help from our Backend Development Team…
Solution
We created a workflow with custom code, and using the API, we were able to find the user with the most recent activity in HubSpot.
PS: This was possible because the client's account had Operations Hub Professional.
